Postnatal Recovery Gymnastics
Pregnancy and birth are a great challenge for the female organism. The subsequent puerperium therefore requires rest and protection on the one hand, but on the other hand specific training to restore physical performance as soon as possible.
Already on the first day after the birth, the postnatal exercises should begin with every woman who has recently given birth. This is done under the guidance of experienced physiotherapists and midwives. It is important. Continue these exercises at home. We have prepared an instruction sheet for this, which you will of course receive at the obstetrics ward.
